Kelly H. Freund, LMHC, CEAP

Kelly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.  She provides counseling and expertise in the following areas:  mood disorders, adjustment issues, adolescent and couples’ therapy, parent training, employee assistance, management and wellness training, and critical incident stress management.

Ruth E. Sanderson, LMHC, CEAP 

Ruth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional and has experience and expertise in the following areas: employee relations, management training, and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, adolescents and children.  She is a certified hypnotherapist and is trained in EMDR for the treatment of trauma and phobias.  Ruth also maintains current knowledge and practice of the treatment of depression, anxiety, parenting issues, bereavement, adjustment issues, eating disorders and stress management.

Cheryl D. Bebey, LCSW, CEAP

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Employee Assistance Professional with more than 20 years of experience as a licensed counselor.  Cheryl has been providing Employee Assistance Program counseling, in addition to her private practice, for over 10 years.  Her experience includes:  work with individuals, couples, families, and Critical Incident Stress Management and Debriefing.  Certifications and specialized training for CISD and EMDR have been completed. Cheryl also maintains current knowledge and practice in trauma management by her voluntary involvement with the Kennedy Space Center Critical Incident Response Team, and the Florida Mortuary Operations Response System.  She is equipped to work with individuals or groups who have experienced trauma.  Her many years of counseling experience offer flexibility in assisting a range of ages – from early teens to retirement aged individuals.

Gail S. Nass, LMHC, MA

A Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing counseling for Individuals, Couples and Families.  Experienced in working with victims of domestic violence and trauma. Her areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment issues, and stress management. She is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional candidate.

Cliff Valentine, M.Ed, LMHC, CEAP, CAP

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Certified Employee Assistance Professional and Certified Addictions Professional25 years of experience in the EAP and Mental Health fields.  Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Counseling at Florida Southern and Stetson.  He has directed programs for non-profit agencies, the United States Air Force, and Harris Corporation.  Expertise and experience in employee relations, management training, adolescent treatment, mental health and chemical dependency, and pre-retirement planning.
