Employee and Family Assistance Consultants (EFAC) is a partnership offering over 35 years of local and national experience delivering behavioral healthcare services to Fortune 500 and small employers alike.  In addition to our Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), we offer a variety of services designed to help employers with both individual and organizational concerns.  We also have a staff of consultants providing expertise in Occupational Health & Safety and Human Resource Management, in addition to other relevant areas.
